Interview = = inter =between two, view= watching / observing
Interview is a face-to-face conversation with a definite purpose Interview is the process of observing the opposite person, it’s the process of knowing your inner personality so you have to take care of your physical appearance while attending the interview. Most of the selections slightly depends on the view how are appearing at the time of interview, How confidently you are replying to the questions and how effectively you present your skills and strengths.
interviews need not always be on one-to-one basis .Increasingly ,group or panel interview are coming to be favored in India as it is felt that the group situation and personal prejudices are neutralized .It has been found ,for instance ,that interviewer generally prefer interviewees of one-to-one interviews.
The first thing the interviewer must do is gain entry. Several factors can enhance the prospects. Probably the most important factor is your initial appearance. The interviewer needs to dress professionally and in a manner that will be comfortable to the respondent. In some cases a business suit and briefcase may be appropriate. The way the interviewer appears initially to the respondent has to communicate some simple messages -- that you're trustworthy, honest, and non-threatening. Cultivating a manner of professional confidence, the sense that the respondent has nothing to worry about because you know what you're doing -- is a difficult skill to teach and an indispensable skill for achieving initial entry. Getting success in interview is depends how you replied to their questions instead of what you replied. So what ever the answers have in your mind express with confidence.
